SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Friday and most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock and can result in extended delivery time. You will be notified after your order is placed if there is a delay in your order.

For domestic shipping we choose USPS as our shipping carrier.

Once the item is shipped, most packages arrive in 2-3 business days, although delivery within 2-3 business days is not guaranteed. Expedited production and shipping options are available as indicated during the checkout process. Please contact orders@meridianave.com if you have any questions about production and shipping. We will notify you via email if any item in your order becomes back-ordered. All packages are shipped standard FOB Miami Beach, FL. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

At this time we are only available to ship within the United States.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges for up to 7 days after items are received/delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, fine jewelry, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at orders@meridianave.com for a return authorization number and return instructions. If you do not obtain a RA #, your package will not be accepted.

Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return. Returned Packages must be shipped to:
